About the Role

As an Operating Model Consultant, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and help Health & Life Sciences (HLS) clients transform how their organizations operate. You'll contribute to high-profile transformations while developing expertise in health and life sciences operating design and business transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Designing future-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Analyzing complex business challenges and developing practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Assessing organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates will come from consulting, healthcare, life sciences, transformation, business analysis, organizational design, or strategy backgrounds.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry role.
  • Supported clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consistently synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights.
  • Proactive with a desire to solve difficult challenges with creativity and structure.

Salary/Compensations

  • $115,800 - $121,900 (Massachusetts, New York, and Illinois)
