About the Role

We are seeking a Brand & Communications Manager (m/f/d) for a 1-year fixed-term parental leave replacement. This role will oversee our website, social media, and content strategy, encompassing international scaling, country launches, and brand guideline development. You will leverage your sense of language and storytelling, collaborate closely with the Market Team, external service providers, and management, and actively drive the adoption of AI tools in content creation.

Responsibilities

Create content for ads and organic channels, and manage content for blog, website, and newsletter.
Collaborate with the Market Team and B2B clients on success stories.
Oversee brand and CI guidelines and ensure their implementation across all teams.
Plan and coordinate the content calendar in alignment with internal stakeholders.
Design the website presence for each new market in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and plan launch communication.
Manage communication for external events such as congresses and trade fairs, from planning to on-site support.
Act as the company-wide point of contact for all website-related matters and manage multilingual website content.
Serve as the interface to our external developer and internal teams.

Requirements

Approximately 2-5 years of professional experience in Brand, Communications, Marketing, or Content, ideally in a dynamic, international, and digitally focused environment.
Experience with CMS systems (WordPress or similar) and multilingual website content.
A good sense for language, tonality, and storytelling across various channels (web, social media, newsletter, blog).
Experience collaborating with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
Basic understanding of SEO/SEA, ideally with initial experience in ads and organic content.
Interest in AI tools, ideally with initial practical experience in content or translation contexts.
Understanding of brand and CI guidelines as a tool for consistency, not a rigid rule set.
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
