About the Role
Join S-Payment, a key player in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, and help shape the future of payments. We drive innovation in payment solutions for over 45 million customers, developing and marketing offerings for Point of Sale, E-commerce, and M-commerce, including contactless payments via cards and smartphones.
Responsibilities
- Holistic planning and management of complex, distributed product development and digitalization projects in the payment sector.
- Continuous monitoring of project performance and risks.
- Active advancement of project planning, steering project activities, and transparent change management.
- Targeted reporting to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Participation in essential decisions within relevant committees.
- Commissioning and management of external service providers and project partners.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in leading complex, distributed product development projects, preferably in app design and development, and in the payment environment.
- Certifications in project management and/or agile environments are advantageous.
- Integrative personality with confident negotiation skills towards partners and service providers.
- Ideally, experience in coordinating with committees and stakeholders at a senior level.
- Fluent German language skills.
