About the Role

The Senior Manager, Network Development leads the end-to-end coordination of retail development projects, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, operational readiness, and successful execution of new boutique openings, relocations, renovations, and expansions across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Brief Phase Development & Project Definition, including coordinating project briefs and business cases, consolidating inputs, developing forecasts and strategic rationale, facilitating validation and governance reviews, and supporting APS launch.
  • Orchestrate 360° Boutique Openings by leading cross-functional taskforces, establishing integrated project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, driving risk mitigation, and maintaining executive visibility.
  • Manage Governance, Planning & Stakeholder Management by establishing frameworks, facilitating decision-making, preparing executive updates, defining ownership, and building strong partnerships.
  • Ensure Operational Readiness & Boutique Launch through readiness assessments, coordinating recruitment, training, client strategy, operational readiness, assortment planning, and boutique activation, and driving lessons learned.
  • Drive Project Management Excellence by developing and maintaining project management tools, tracking progress, standardizing methodologies, and contributing to the evolution of the operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management, retail development, operations, or luxury retail.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in boutique development, retail expansion, store openings, hospitality, or luxury environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
  • Experience with project planning and governance tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills.
  • High level of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative and relationship oriented.
