About the Role
Champion Construction Services (CCS) is forming new crews in the Finger Lakes Region of NY to install and prepare manufactured homes for homeownership. This role is ideal for individuals with construction skills seeking a dynamic opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with manufactured home installation and setup
- Blocking, leveling, anchoring, and general site work
- Loading/unloading materials
- Operating hand and power tools
- Performing general carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, repairs, and structural modifications
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor
- Some travel required
- Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen
