About the Role
Ebury is seeking a Client Solution & Product Manager to drive growth in its Shipping Partnerships business. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand Ebury's fastest-growing client segment by providing products and solutions for their treasury needs. The role reports to the Global Head of Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Discover treasury problems and opportunities within the shipping industry.
- Solve identified problems using technology, analytics, product, and operations.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams.
- Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, Derivatives, Interest Income, and regional growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Maintain market understanding and conduct competitor analysis for product offerings, functionality, and pricing.
- Develop a deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with Treasury products such as FX derivatives, Interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
- Proven background in the Shipping industry or Cross-Border Financial Services.
- Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks (treasury management, asset management, banks, fintechs).
- Familiarity with Fintech Treasury Management Systems.
- Experience with cash management products and solutions (money market funds, deposit optimisation, cash pooling).
- Multiple years of product building experience, either as a product or operations leader.
- Strong individual contributor capable of hands-on product building.
- Experience building roadmaps from uncertainty to clarity.
- Experience with established systems and processes, identifying optimal improvements.
- Experience building in-house services and integrating third-party systems.
- Experience developing and executing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations.
- Flexible and hands-on approach, willing to 'roll up your sleeves'.
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills.
- Analytically-minded with the ability to frame problems, articulate hypotheses, and measure solutions.
- Capable of communicating effectively to a wide audience.
- Proven ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications.
