About the Role

To support the Plant in improving operational efficiency, productivity, quality and cost performance through data analysis, process improvement, work measurement and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements. To perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties and inform superiors about deviations. To engage and manage General Distributors/Customer expectations internally and externally on all Brands and Products.
