About the Role

RH Outlets offer an elevated experience in luxury home furnishings, curating beautifully crafted pieces at the intersection of quality, design, and value. We are seeking a passionate, sales-driven Outlet Sales Associate dedicated to delivering extraordinary customer experiences through personalized service and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through professional communication, a brand-reflective presence, and exceptional service.
• Engage and educate customers on RH products, highlighting features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the full RH assortment, services, and policies.
• Uphold brand integrity by ensuring merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the RH aesthetic.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
• Drive sales performance by actively contributing to team goals and supporting overall store success.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg, while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Ability to maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
