About the Role

In your role as an object security employee, you and your team will ensure a safe environment in our swimming pools. You will contribute to the best possible protection of our properties, visitors, and employees, and support the implementation of site-specific security levels. You will take responsibility for the further development of security standards and work closely with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, further development, and implementation of security concepts.
  • Support the execution of risk analyses for our locations.
  • Coordinate consultations and inspections with authorities and external security service providers.
  • Support the implementation of agreed-upon measures.
  • Brief external security personnel, coordinate their deployment, and support needs-based scheduling at our locations.
  • Process security-related incidents.
  • Initiate necessary measures.
  • Support the implementation of house bans and the creation of criminal complaints.
  • Conduct training sessions and evacuation drills.
  • Contribute to continuously strengthening the security and operational competence of our employees.

Requirements

  • Completed training in the security sector, e.g., as a specialist for protection and security, or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant professional experience in property protection, personal protection, event security, or cash-in-transit security.
  • Knowledge of security technology and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Analytical, careful, and responsible work approach.
  • Discretion and resilience.
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours and on weekends.
  • Ideally possess a preliminary examination according to § 34a GewO or a qualification as a certified security and safety specialist (IHK).
