About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help shape a welcoming environment where children and families feel valued. This role is crucial in providing children with an equitable start in life.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the most important members of our society.
  • Support children in developing their own abilities, observe and document developmental steps.
  • Plan and integrate various activities with and for the children, such as excursions and long-term projects, into the daily routine.
  • Engage in dialogue with parents, recognizing them as partners in the educational process.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our Kita and participate in shaping the facility's concept.

Requirements

  • Possess qualifications as a state-recognized educator or an equivalent degree according to the state's Kita legislation.
  • Ideally, have experience working with nursery children.
  • Demonstrate the ability for open, appreciative, and clear communication with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • Possess knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements.
