Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the most important members of our society.
- Support children in developing their own abilities, observe and document developmental steps.
- Plan and integrate various activities with and for the children, such as excursions and long-term projects, into the daily routine.
- Engage in dialogue with parents, recognizing them as partners in the educational process.
- Contribute to the continuous development of our Kita and participate in shaping the facility's concept.
Requirements
- Possess qualifications as a state-recognized educator or an equivalent degree according to the state's Kita legislation.
- Ideally, have experience working with nursery children.
- Demonstrate the ability for open, appreciative, and clear communication with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Possess knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements.
