  • Deliver robust financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to provide financial support across operational performance, investments, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst, providing coaching, support, and oversight across operational finance activities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Buying, and Operations teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting, and planning tools, including automation and scalability initiatives.

  • Experience delivering insightful reporting, business cases, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and non-financial information into clear recommendations.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, curious, and problem-solving approach.
