About the Role

Provide professional support to customers and work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone
• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Establishing and maintaining excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping in accordance with company guidelines
