About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Client & Trade Support Executive for its Cross Borders division in London. This role acts as a liaison between clients, front-of-house, back-office departments, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional client support and service. The position requires accuracy, analytical skills, collaboration, professionalism, resilience, and tenacity, reporting to the Head of Client Support.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance) for smooth trade settlement and problem resolution.
  • Provide first-line support to Dealers and their clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service.
  • Educate clients on processes to reduce future dependency and contact.
  • Support efficient cash flow by collecting outstanding receivables (Trades, deposits, and Losses).
  • Monitor, chase, and report on outstanding trades requiring wire instructions.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements including GDPR and CASS obligations.
  • Handle small complaints directly and escalate larger ones.
  • Escalate non-settlement suspicions to the Head of Client Support.
  • Ensure process manuals are available, correct, and updated.
  • Promote the online platform to clients for enhanced security and self-sufficiency.
  • Act as a central point for resolving Compliance queries, internal and banking.
  • Monitor and resolve Payment investigations through Salesforce.
  • Compile error reports from a Client Support perspective.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, documenting all interactions.
  • Provide recommendations and process enhancements to improve client experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or operational role within FX.
  • Experience in a dealer support/trade support environment is beneficial.
  • Must be honest, flexible, and committed.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language is beneficial, particularly Spanish or Italian.
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
  • Prepared for hard work, change, and new ideas; keen to learn and develop professionally.
