About the Role
OLIVER is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. This global account has already seen growth and is continuing to expand. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning the management of projects, both creative, execution and print production processes. You will do this by working alongside our project and creative teams to drive a project from brief to delivery. This role requires fluency in both English and Japanese.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and production of both digital and print products across Asia.
- Take overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to execution.
- Work closely with teams in preparing milestones for our key stakeholders; motivate and manage teams under tight deadlines.
- Work with creative and account teams to agree and create timing plans and estimates within our internal time and tracking system.
- Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source externally where necessary; ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget.
- Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant production processes where necessary.
- Coordinate internal creative resources and third parties/vendors, stakeholders, and project owners to ensure seamless project execution and flawless delivery of products.
- Provide job reporting to the director/business lead on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly to budget and schedule.
Requirements
- 5-6+ years’ experience in an agency environment with proven track-record of managing digital, integrated campaigns, and print production management in a creative and production agency.
- Ability to ask questions and identify and manage project risks.
- Previous experience of project budget management and scheduling.
- Previous experience of resource and production services sourcing.
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
