About the Role
Help new Evri couriers get started with local support! This role is ideal if you’re local to Park Royal, confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new self-employed couriers when they arrive at the Delivery Unit.
- Help them set up and use the courier delivery app.
- Show them how to scan, load and prepare for their first deliveries.
- Introduce them to key local contacts, including the EVRi Business Partner and Territory Manager.
- Support Day 1 onboarding and answer practical questions.
- Help organise a manageable first parcel load so new couriers can build confidence.
- Act as a positive coach and support person during the onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Confident using smartphones and apps.
- Friendly, patient and clear when explaining things.
- Organised and able to support more than one person at a time.
- Reliable and able to attend the Delivery Unit at agreed times.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment.
- Local to Park Royal or able to travel there easily.
