About the Role

Translate business requirements into High-Level Designs (HLDs) and technical user stories, with Appian L1, L2, and L3 certifications preferred and 8+ years of experience. Strong expertise in Appian BPM/Low-Code platform. Experience designing enterprise-scale workflow and case management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage the technical deployment and QA lifecycle.
• Enforce security, compliance, and engineering best practices.
