About the Role
This role shapes and leads the resource management capability across CXM UK, driving workforce planning, allocation, and utilization through data-led insights. It embeds consistent processes and tools, partnering across the business to manage demand, resolve conflicts, and optimize talent development and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing evolution of the vision, strategy, process, technology, and role designs and implementations.
- Act as a change champion, advising leadership and line personnel on workforce planning and resource management processes and principles.
- Serve as the point of contact for conflict resolution related to resource needs, placements, allocations, and shifts.
- Collaborate in setting and driving the change journey across all stakeholders.
- Understand and communicate the impacts of resource decisions on financial, client relationship, and skill aspects.
- Proactively review the opportunity pipeline to forecast upcoming demand.
- Oversee ongoing resource and workforce management activities.
- Provide HR management for 1-3 Resource Managers, Specialists, and/or Resource Coordinators.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Resource/Talent Management, Business Transformation, or Operations Management.
- Experience with financial concepts, practices, and administration.
- Contract management skills.
- Business and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of contributing to a business leadership team.
- Budget management skills.
- Focus on building processes and improving staffing efficiencies.
- Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
- Exemplary coaching skills with the ability to influence and act as a change agent.
- Excellent influencing skills with a clear understanding of key stakeholders and the ability to create compelling cases.
- Action-driven, service-oriented, self-managed, with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
