About the Role
The primary care physician provides a full scope of outpatient primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance. The practice uses the Epic EHR.
Responsibilities
- Review patient histories
- Perform physical examinations
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
- Review test results and recommend management
- Prescribe medications
- Formulate treatment and disease management plans
- Communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of care
Requirements
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification / Eligibility, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Salary/Compensations
- $225,000 to $280,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience
