- Translate demand forecasts into supply plans across short, medium, and long ranges.
- Work closely with the freight partner to optimize freight spend and achieve internal cost and delivery SLAs.
- Partner with NPD teams to ensure timely launches of innovations and prompt phase-outs of exit SKUs.
- Contribute to the monthly Supply Chain Review process as part of Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Ensure inventory purchases (POs) align with IBP sign-off.
- Proactively manage slow-moving and obsolete stock, collaborating with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to identify clearance opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team on supplier escalations and capacity constraints.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and a sense of urgency and priority.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships across teams and influence at all levels.
