About the Role

You will build the sales and support function for our AZAV programs, connecting people with educational opportunities and managing relationships with participants, trainers, and employment agencies.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell our AZAV-funded further education offers.
• Collaborate with employment agencies and job centers for participant acquisition.
• Advise interested parties and conduct suitability assessments.
• Support participants from onboarding to successful completion.
• Serve as the point of contact for all program, organization, and funding-related questions.
• Ensure an excellent learning experience.
• Coordinate and support trainers.
• Manage scheduling and fee settlement for trainers.
• Ensure quality assurance in close coordination with the program team.
• Maintain ongoing communication with employment agencies and job centers.
• Process measure billing and documentation according to AZAV requirements.
• Maintain and develop internal processes and tools.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in education, sales, or provider management, ideally with AZAV relevance.
• Experience working with employment agencies or job centers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using digital tools and documentation.
• Interest in AI and new technologies.
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills.
• Knowledge of AZAV regulations and funding processes.
• Experience in supporting participants in funded programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
