About the Role
Tatcha EU is seeking an ambitious, passionate, and driven National Account Manager to manage key EU National Accounts, drive sales performance, grow market share, and develop senior retailer relationships. This role involves creating and delivering 3-year business plans, leading brand strategy execution with retail partners, and managing sales targets within budget.
Responsibilities
- Build 3-year brand commercial and budget plans and develop go-to-market strategy.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain collaborative relationships with key accounts.
- Create and agree on joint business plans (JBPs) with clear KPIs and monitor performance.
- Negotiate with key stakeholders to optimize brand performance.
- Lead plans to achieve brand sales and profitability goals while monitoring stock levels.
- Forecasting net sales for retailers, meeting financial deadlines, and submitting budgets.
- Coach junior team members.
- Ensure flawless execution of brand vision and campaign partnerships with retailer partners.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Plan to ensure delivery of sell-in and sell-out goals.
- Lead and manage retailer partnership activations, working with internal teams to create and deliver an annual plan.
- Manage each account's P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity.
- Build strong working relationships with store and field teams.
- Drive product and brand excellence in all environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Align accurate forecasting for new product development (NPD) and core lines.
- Manage inventory and assortment proactively.
- Provide insights to assist in future growth, opportunities, and business development.
- Review implementation and performance against expectations regularly.
- Prepare internal and external reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a National Account role, preferably within the prestige beauty industry, focused on skincare.
- French speaking is required; Italian and Spanish are a plus.
- Sephora EU experience would be advantageous.
- A natural storyteller with enhanced persuasive selling skills.
- An adept negotiator with proven examples of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident presenter.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint and Word, with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to network and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly communicate recommendations concisely and persuasively.
