About the Role

You are the first impression and you make it count. Join our team as a Receptionist (30-40h/week) at our new practice in Berlin Neukölln opening in November 2026. We are rethinking physiotherapy, making it more digital, modern, and human-centric. Become part of a team actively changing healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and coordinate practice operations.
• Schedule appointments and manage organizational tasks.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or digitally.
• Handle prescriptions and administrative processes.
• Work with modern practice software.

Requirements

• Experience interacting with people (e.g., practice, hotel, reception, call center, or service industry).
• Organizational talent and composure during busy periods.
• Enjoy communication and possess genuine empathy.
• Proficient PC skills (practice software experience is a plus, but not required).
• Very good German language skills.
• Good English language skills.
