About the Role

Manage and enhance C-level executive communities, requiring strategic thinking, executive engagement, and community management expertise. The role demands strong project management, relationship-building, and a passion for creating impactful member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Execute C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives.
  • Foster strong relationships with community member executives, understanding their needs and priorities and ensuring their active participation.
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs.
  • Manage all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including communication with C-level executive members and sponsors.
  • Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC, including public speaking.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
  • Partner with content teams to design high-impact programs aligned with C-level community interests and needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition.
  • Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, program success, and member satisfaction.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required.
  • Business-to-business experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering value-added, insightful, and strategic insight into their business.
