About the Role

Join our Bright Flex / Bank team as a flexible working practitioner, blending the convenience of bank work with the security and benefits of employment. Support colleagues in delivering the EYFS, engage children in educational activities, and encourage their development towards key milestones. Ensure essential day-to-day tasks are completed, including room tidying and preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed
  • Room tidying and preparation

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
