About the Role

The Commercial Manager - Customer Service is responsible for managing customer orders for products distributed in France by the Group's various brands and ensuring comprehensive follow-up of their client portfolio. As a true ambassador for the Group, they ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and oversee the proper application of the sales department's policy. They respond to requests and handle dissatisfaction by providing solutions in coordination with various internal departments in France and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests, including daily collaboration with KAMs and sales representatives.
  • Manage product orders, price requests, stock information, and delivery management, including appointment scheduling based on client specifics.
  • Maintain daily contact with the client portfolio via phone and email.
  • Manage administrative tasks and invoicing, including credit notes, replacements, and deliveries.
  • Master all key periods of activity and commercial operations.
  • Manage pick-up/return requests for marketing commercial operations and credit notes.
  • Administer client accounts in conjunction with sales representatives.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose satisfactory solutions within established rules and procedures.
  • Intervene in dispute resolution (delivery, invoicing, etc.) and find solutions.
  • Promote the use of the Samsonite B2B website for order placement and the centralized HUB for partner resources among resellers.

  • Promote to our resellers the use of the Samsonite B2B website for order placement and our centralized HUB.
