About the Role
Join White & Case in Berlin as an Insolvency Administrator in the Accounting department, supporting insolvency administrators with case processing, financial accounting, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Support insolvency administrators in processing insolvency proceedings, particularly in booking payment transactions.
- Perform financial accounting from a commercial and insolvency law perspective, including organizing supporting documents.
- Handle diverse businesses including startups, service providers, and commercial enterprises of all sizes.
- Assist with business operations, potentially on-site.
- Process simple tax-related matters.
- Independently manage correspondence.
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax assistant or comparable qualification (commercial or legal).
- Relevant initial professional experience in insolvency accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with winsolvenz p4 and LEXolution, as well as accounting software is ideal.
- Reliable, team-oriented, proactive, resilient, and meticulous work ethic.
- Ability to focus on essentials during peak periods and adapt to new situations in insolvency administration.
