About the Role

EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company providing Collaboration and Business IT Support services. This role focuses on leading the IT Logistics operations team, ensuring seamless tracking and rigorous inventory control for IT assets across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Logistics operations team on day-to-day operations, health and safety, service, accuracy, and cost KPIs.
• Take a hands-on approach while coordinating and delegating tasks.
• Ensure exceptional performance across all operational areas, including goods in, processing, inventory control, fulfillment, picking, imaging, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure the team undertakes all tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Assist cross-functional teams to provide optimal service and cost to customers.
• Lead the team to meet targets outlined by IT Logistics Business Plans, including KPIs, values, and people processes.
• Support IT Logistics teams in attracting, acquiring, retaining, and developing talent to improve team performance.
• Support the preparation and gathering of information for reports and documentation for key stakeholders.
• Play a key part in delivering best-in-class operations and sharing best practices internally.
• Seek out, encourage, and implement waste reduction initiatives.
• Develop a strong team ethos and create a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or tech retail.
• Previous management experience within Logistics or retail is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a team in a challenging environment while delivering results.
• Experience handling IT hardware (laptops, phones, cables, etc.) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with a willingness to take a hands-on approach.
