As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert, you will be the heart of our stores, empowering customers to be their most beautiful selves through expert artistry, product knowledge, and building lasting connections. You will adapt your style to customer needs, work in a fast-paced environment to exceed KPIs, and champion world-class artistry and customer experience.

Requirements
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Ideally experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.
- Aspire to be part of a disruptive and growing beauty brand.
- Love all things Charlotte Tilbury and spread the word.
