About the Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Technology Risk Senior Analyst to join our growing Technology Risk Oversight team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of our technology estate, protecting our customers' data and maintaining the trust they place in us. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we manage technology risks.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and assess technology risks across Monzo’s cloud-native infrastructure and applications.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements.
Analyze and interpret risk data to provide actionable insights.
Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies tailored to a modern, cloud-first environment.
Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation activities.
Assist in the development of risk appetite statements and tolerance levels.
Communicate complex technical risk information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for management.
Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology risks, security trends, and regulatory changes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
