About the Role
Arcadis is seeking a Utilities Land Coordinator to support the delivery of utility diversion and infrastructure programmes through land access, easement acquisition and stakeholder coordination activities. You will work closely with utilities, land and project teams to coordinate land rights activities, manage project information, engage stakeholders and support the delivery of utility infrastructure programmes.
Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain utility plot references and land records.
- Ensure statutory protections, access requirements and utility constraints are accurately captured.
- Support the management of land rights, easements and access agreements.
- Attend meetings with landowners and stakeholders, recording actions and outcomes.
- Maintain project action logs and proactively track outstanding activities.
- Monitor programme changes and assess impacts on land access and utility delivery.
- Draft and maintain General Vesting Declaration (GVD) and easement documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy of plot descriptions and ownership records.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support delivery objectives.
- Provide accurate reporting and project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or project management environments.
- Demonstrable experience preparing and drafting formal documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets.
- Experience coordinating activities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience maintaining action logs and managing follow-up actions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical information.
- Experience within utilities, infrastructure, land or property environments desirable.
- Association for Project Management (APM) qualification desirable.
