About the Role

This role is being advertised to build a talent pool for upcoming and future opportunities within our Financial Planning team. You will support Financial Advisers with client meetings, including presentation of cashflow and preparing responses and reporting on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports across a wide range of advice types, financial products, and investment solutions.
• Support financial planners with client meetings, including presentation of cashflow and preparing responses on technical matters.
• Carry out necessary technical research.
• Ensure client records contain sufficient Know Your Client (KYC) information to demonstrate suitability of advice and are kept accurate and up to date.
• Ensure the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered efficiently, mitigating business risks and assisting with business targets.
• Communicate effectively with Financial Planners to manage expected delivery dates.

Requirements

• Must hold CII Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma or above.
• Experience of paraplanning gained with proven solid technical knowledge.
• Track record of delivering written financial advice.
• Experience of completing suitability reports while researching and analysing products.
• Strong knowledge of financial products.
