About the Role

You will actively shape the introduction of our invoicing software for private health and supplementary insurance. This involves analyzing customer processes, developing solutions, and advising clients on optimal software utilization.

Responsibilities

• Actively shape the introduction of our invoicing software for private health and supplementary insurance.
• Analyze and document customer processes and requirements related to invoice verification.
• Develop and evaluate solution ideas and concepts for customer requirements.
• Advise and convince customers, especially when standard software usage is the best solution.
• Actively manage requirements and coordinate with development teams.
• Contribute to the development of our Academy by creating curricula and conducting user seminars.
• Develop advanced-level training for software implementation for both customer contacts and new internal employees.

Requirements

• Completed training or a degree in insurance, healthcare, or a comparable field.
• Experience with fee schedules in the medical field (e.g., GOÄ/GOZ/PZN/...) or with billing in the medical or private health insurance environment.
• Interest and understanding of software, interfaces, and their functional logic.
• Quick comprehension, ability to quickly and deeply understand technical processes, and find pragmatic solutions for complex requirements.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a good sense for requirements management.
• Team spirit and collaborative approach with consulting and development employees.
• Openness to communication, even when understanding is not immediate.
• Ability to convince customers.
• Independent and proactive work style.
• Ability to identify needs and take initiative.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
