About the Role

This position is responsible for recruitment, a critical function supporting our company's business growth. You will be expected to act as a "TA Partner" who defines truly necessary talent for management and business, attracts them from the market, and welcomes them, by closely collaborating with mid-to-long-term management, business, and organizational strategies, from designing recruitment strategies to acquiring critical talent and advancing/internalizing recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop mid-to-long-term recruitment strategies based on management, business, and organizational plans.
  • Identify critical positions directly linked to business growth, define requirements, and source talent.
  • Plan annual and quarterly recruitment (by job type, location, and level).
  • Design and monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., hiring numbers, Time to Hire, Quality of Hire).
  • Report recruitment status and identify issues to management.
  • Propose positions and talent profiles to accelerate business growth to management.
  • Design recruitment requirements linked to grading, compensation, and evaluation systems.
  • Coordinate and adjust with global offices and overseas recruitment.
  • Lead recruitment activities for various job types (business, corporate, engineering, etc.).
  • Design and improve recruitment processes (requirement definition, selection flow, evaluation criteria).
  • Plan and conduct interviewer training, and strengthen collaboration with Hiring Managers.
  • Manage recruitment agencies (selection, negotiation, performance management).
  • Enhance direct recruiting (job boards, social media, referral programs).
  • Plan and execute employer branding initiatives (design recruitment stories, organize communication content).

Requirements

  • Recruitment experience in a business company or HR industry (approx. 5+ years).
  • Experience in concurrently managing recruitment for multiple job types and levels.
  • Understanding of the entire recruitment process from requirement definition to closing.
  • Negotiation and coordination skills with Hiring Managers and management (Japanese and English).
