About the Role

We are seeking an AI Product Manager to build intelligent automation into a complex operational product. You will own the product vision for AI agents and automation, transforming our platform by working hands-on with AI tooling to design, build, and improve agents that handle complex operational workflows. This role involves deep engagement with details and tools like LangSmith to ensure AI features are reliable and effective.

Responsibilities

Own the AI roadmap and identify opportunities for AI to automate and improve operational workflows.
Track AI agent and automation advancements, translating them into product strategies.
Partner with Engineering to design and launch AI-powered features.
Define agent behavior, manage prompts, and address real-world edge cases.
Monitor production quality, investigate failures, and enhance reliability.
Establish evaluation and feedback loops, tracking KPIs like time saved, accuracy, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
Conduct ongoing discovery through internal team and customer interactions to validate ideas.
Communicate plans, progress, and results to leadership and the team.

Requirements

3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products or features.
Practical experience with AI/LLM tooling such as LangSmith, LangChain, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering from a product perspective.
Experience shipping AI-powered features to production and iterating based on usage data.
Solid product judgment with the ability to simplify complexity and make tradeoffs.
Data-driven decision-making skills, comfortable owning KPIs and using analytics.
High-ownership mentality, taking initiative and unblocking teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating between technical and business audiences.
