Responsibilities
- Intensive and individual client consulting, focusing on personal discussions and strategic advice for complex tax issues.
- Development of tax optimization strategies for clients.
- Handling complex tax cases for national and international clients.
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
- Participation in process optimization and digitalization.
- Optional: Preparation of complex, digital financial accounting.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a tax assistant, tax specialist, or balance sheet accountant (all genders).
- Ideally, several years of professional experience.
- Sound knowledge of DATEV and standard MS Office programs.
- Future-oriented mindset and a desire to work digitally and modernly.
- Solution-oriented, reliable, and independent work style.
- Strong team skills.
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
- Optional: Good English language skills.
