About the Role

Responsibilities

• Intensive and individual client consulting, focusing on personal discussions and strategic advice for complex tax issues.
• Planning and structuring of tax strategies, proactively developing tax optimization opportunities for a fixed client base.
• Handling tax audits, legal remedies, and special projects in operational and strategic tax consulting.
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Individual tax consulting for companies and corporate groups of various sizes.
• Preparation of expert opinions and technical statements, particularly in international consulting (inbound and outbound).
• Engaging in other fulfilling activities.

Requirements

• Successfully passed tax advisor examination, ideally with several years of professional experience.
• Sound knowledge of DATEV and standard MS Office programs.
• Future-oriented mindset and a desire to work digitally and modernly.
• Solution-oriented, reliable, and independent work approach.
• Strong team skills, preferring collaborative work.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good English skills are a plus.
