About the Role

The UK Procurement team manages a wide range of indirect spend categories. The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both our Travel and Fleet categories, and provides support to the Procurement team by carrying out general administrative duties including reviewing vendor onboarding requests.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key operational contact for the Fleet Management Company (FMC) and associated vendors.
  • Ensure efficient car allocation from onboarding to vehicle return.
  • Manage total fleet needs for the Wings Minis marketing initiative, including conversions, maintenance, and tracking.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for all drivers.
  • Coordinate partners for duties such as fuel/mileage reporting, license checks, telematics, and vehicle movements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like HR & Finance to manage fleet requirements by team/role.
  • Support fleet drivers with operational needs.
  • Act as the key operational contact for the Travel Management Company (TMC).
  • Maintain all employee data on the TMC Platform.
  • Manage all long-term accommodation requests.
  • Lead the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) development program for the UK business.
  • Deliver travel training to all business users.
  • Ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to the RBUK travel policy.
  • Support travelers with queries.
  • Lead the fleet and travel contribution to Red Bull's Net-zero goals.
  • Act as the initial contact for the Procurement Team in the vendor onboarding process, managing review, data collection, and approval of new vendor responses.
  • Create data insights and reports to drive cost-saving, efficiencies, and sustainability improvements across both categories.
  • Perform financial tasks including invoice approvals and coding.
  • Run projects and initiatives to advance operational responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Strong and established experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
  • Experience in data analysis with a high level of capability in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong time management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to focus, follow through on priorities, and deliver quality results.
  • High level of service and availability to all fleet drivers and business travelers.
  • On-time reporting of all financial and sustainability metrics.
  • High level of engagement and operational delivery from all key vendors.
  • On-time/on-target delivery of all defined projects.
  • Cost-saving opportunities identified and maximized.
  • Sustainability improvements driven across both Fleet & Travel.
