About the Role

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products. The company's mission is to modernize the building products industry through advanced technology and a best-in-class customer experience. This role involves receiving and processing customer requests, planning sales objectives, and coordinating order logistics.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience required, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales
• Proactive sales mindset, including opening new accounts, upselling, and identifying growth opportunities
• Positive attitude and strong customer-first approach
• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Office management or administrative experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
• Motivated self-starter with a desire for long-term career growth and advancement
