About the Role

You will be responsible for building and deploying production systems within client environments, connecting them to existing tools and ensuring they are used effectively by staff. This role involves a significant amount of system integration, coding, and direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Turn client briefs into scoped, buildable plans within the first week of an engagement.
• Build and ship integrations into live client environments, including their data, access controls, and uptime requirements.
• Deploy to production and provide ongoing support, including monitoring, error handling, rollback plans, and runbooks.
• Manage engagement timelines, risks, and client communication.
• Demo working software to clients weekly.
• Complete clean handoffs, including documentation, credential transfer, and client-side owner designation.
• Develop reusable templates and playbooks from learned experiences to accelerate future engagements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated production experience with systems that real users depend on, including handling outages and failures.
• Fluency in integrating systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and understanding concepts like rate limiting, retries, and idempotency.
• Solid coding ability in Python or TypeScript for writing reliable, maintainable services, scripts, or automations.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure, including Linux, containers, environment management, secrets handling, and basic CI/CD.
• Client-ready communication skills, including clear written English and confident verbal presentation.
• Composure under pressure, with evidence of continued delivery during tight timelines or shifting requirements.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration, including model APIs, tool/function calling, MCP, and RAG fundamentals.
• Prior experience in agency, consulting, or forward-deployed roles.
• Experience within enterprise client environments, including SSO, VPNs, security reviews, and documentation processes.
