About the Role
We are seeking 2 National Operations Managers to join Bridges. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving consistent service delivery, operational excellence and commercial outcomes across Advice Practices nationally. You will be a member of the Practice Leadership Team, contributing to strategic initiatives, enhancing client experience and embedding governance frameworks across the business. In this role, you will lead and develop Client Support Teams, ensuring high performance, capability uplift and alignment to business priorities. This is a high-impact opportunity offering strong exposure across the organisation and a pathway into senior leadership roles within Advice, Operations or broader enterprise functions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of the Practice Leadership Team and execution of Bridges strategy
- Support development and implementation of national strategic growth plans
- Drive improvement in service delivery and practice management nationally
- Lead and deliver national strategic initiatives and projects
- Manage Client Support Teams ensuring high performance and capability uplift
- Monitor commercial, compliance and service delivery metrics including revenue, refunds and remediation
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Manage workload allocation to ensure consistent and timely advice delivery
- Oversee incident, audit and complaint remediation activities
- Drive adoption of digital tools and enhance service delivery models
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing operational or support teams
- Strong understanding of financial advice industry regulations and practices
- Commercial acumen with ability to manage revenue and business performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to analyse data and drive insights for business improvement
- Experience driving client experience initiatives and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and transformation initiatives
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia
- Applicants will be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment
