Responsibilities

  • Develop plans for product sales in new and existing markets.
  • Provide pharmaceutical information.
  • Gather market information, including competitor trends, market environment, and customer needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and threats within a specific area.
  • Provide advice and positively influence other team members.
  • Plan the path to achieve goals through customer service in the assigned area.
  • Visit doctors to provide information on company products and gather information on used drugs, aiming for proper use and dissemination of pharmaceuticals.
  • Provide information and gather information for stakeholders such as pharmacy and nursing departments to promote company products.
  • Visit authorized distributors to collect and provide information, including the usage status of company products.
  • Consider and execute appropriate follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contact new customers and secure appointments.
  • Report progress on goals and market information to management.
  • Identify factors impacting business.
  • Recommend areas with future growth potential.
  • Provide advice to team members and support the improvement of customer service quality.

Requirements

  • Possess presentation skills to effectively convey key points using appropriate tools while understanding the audience.
  • Possess communication skills to ask questions, persuade, and close sales based on PSS and DiSC.
  • Possess facilitation skills to lead meetings for the entire sales office.
  • Possess industry knowledge, including broad and deep up-to-date information in the business/technology fields relevant to job execution.
  • Possess knowledge of diseases, company/competitor products, medical systems, and healthcare economics (knowledge of lung cancer and its drug therapy is desirable).
  • Demonstrate problem recognition by objectively observing situations to identify potential issues.
  • Demonstrate relationship building by establishing and maintaining effective trust relationships with stakeholders to gain cooperation in difficult situations.
  • Demonstrate customer orientation by sensing hidden needs not explicitly expressed by customers/stakeholders and proposing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrate process management by predicting future problems through hypothesis setting, managing progress with appropriate judgment and prioritization.
  • Demonstrate leadership by eliciting a sense of ownership from members and facilitating efficient and effective achievement of results by leveraging the organization's overall capabilities.
  • Demonstrate teamwork by providing necessary information and support to team members and taking measures to address conflicts or issues within the team to maintain a positive team environment.
  • Correctly understand and comply with the promotion code.
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethics, quality, compliance, and accountability, acting in accordance with basic policies on quality control and compliance, and encouraging the same attitude in others.
  • Acquire and practice knowledge of the latest compliance regulations (HCC/SOP/Expenses/HR Rules).
  • Must hold a driver's license if the job requires driving a vehicle for business purposes.
  • Individuals with certain medical conditions that may prevent obtaining or renewing a driver's license under the Road Traffic Act must report this in advance.
