About the Role
The Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle of the company's digital health products. The PM will drive 0-to-1 product building, owning discovery, roadmap, delivery and growth, while working hands-on with engineering, design, clinical and business teams on-site.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap of assigned digital products, aligned with the company's mission and business goals.
- Drive 0-to-1 product building: problem discovery, user research, rapid prototyping, MVP scoping, launch and iteration based on real usage data.
- Design and continuously improve user engagement, grounded in behavioural science and evidence-based health practices.
- Translate clinical protocols, health programmes and domain expertise into intuitive digital experiences, in close collaboration with clinical and operational teams.
- Define, instrument and track product KPIs (activation, retention, engagement, NPS) and run experiments (A/B tests) to improve them.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritise the backlog and run agile ceremonies with engineering and design.
- Leverage AI tools hands-on across the product lifecycle, including LLM-based prototyping and AI-assisted research and analysis, and shape AI-powered features within the products.
- Connect physical and digital touchpoints into one coherent user journey, including booking, check-in and feedback flows where relevant.
- Manage integrations with third-party services, devices and data sources as required by the product roadmap.
- Ensure product decisions comply with healthcare data privacy and security requirements (PDPA and relevant regulations), working closely with the Cybersecurity & IT and Compliance teams.
- Manage release cycles and product quality across platforms (iOS, Android, web) together with engineering and QA.
- Gather and synthesise user feedback continuously (interviews, surveys, support tickets, reviews) into actionable product improvements.
- Establish annual product roadmaps with clear timelines, milestones, resource forecasts and KPIs; present progress and insights to leadership.
- Support the company's growth by preparing products for new offerings, markets and future expansion.
