About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring modern asphalt mixing plants, independently troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth production processes within an established company in the asphalt and road construction materials sector. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor modern asphalt mixing plants and associated technical equipment.
Analyze malfunctions and resolve issues with machinery and control systems.
Perform maintenance, upkeep, and servicing of the plants.
Replace wear parts and assist with technical repairs.
Record and document operational data.
Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and strict adherence to all occupational safety regulations.

Requirements

Completed technical or craft apprenticeship (e.g., as an electrician, mechanic, locksmith, or welder) or equivalent professional experience in operating or maintaining machinery and plants.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Good German language skills (at least B2 level).
Proficient in using MS Office.
