About the Role
You ensure that our customers receive their IT solutions on time and reliably. Through your structured order control and active participation in logistics, you contribute significantly to high customer satisfaction and smooth delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Planning, control, and monitoring of customer orders and deliveries
- Ensuring that orders are picked and shipped to our customers on time
- Coordination of goods flows between warehouse, purchasing, and sales
- Prioritization and monitoring of delivery dates
- Coordination with internal departments and external shipping service providers
- Creation and maintenance of shipping and accompanying documents
- Support in the organization and optimization of logistical processes
- Participation in the daily business of logistics, especially in: Goods receipt and dispatch, Picking and packing, Inventory checks and warehouse maintenance, Inventories and documentation
Requirements
- Completed commercial or logistical training, e.g., as a forwarder and logistics service provider, specialist in warehouse logistics, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in dispatching, order control, or logistics is desirable
- Confident use of ERP systems and standard Microsoft Office applications
- Organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- High service and customer orientation
- Teamwork, reliability, and hands-on mentality
- Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even during busy periods
