This role involves the strategic implementation of shareholder objectives and ensuring compliance with parent company guidelines. It also includes managing reporting, documentation, and communication for operational processes, as well as representing the company externally and managing budgets and results.
Responsibilities
- Implement shareholder objectives operationally and ensure compliance with parent company guidelines.
- Manage reporting and documentation of all relevant operational processes for the management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and conceptual requirements.
- Handle internal and external communication and represent the company externally.
- Collaborate solution-oriented with authorities, agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for budget and results.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in a business administration field.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the education sector, as well as leadership experience.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident use of MS Office products and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and self-responsibility.
- High level of innovation and enthusiasm, mobility, and willingness to travel.
- Driver's license class B.
