About the Role
As a Partner Account Manager at Fiserv, you will facilitate and nurture relationships with valued partners, driving collaboration and mutual growth to align with Fiserv's mission to innovate and inspire excellence in financial services. You will play a pivotal role in transforming the way financial services are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
- Drive partner sales and business development activities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic plans for partner growth.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular reviews with partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and lead negotiations for new agreements.
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance their understanding of our products and services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management or partner management.
- 8+ years of experience in developing and executing strategic plans for business growth.
- 8+ years of experience in driving sales and revenue growth through partnerships.
- 8+ years of experience in monitoring and analyzing partner performance data.
Skills
- Financial services or fintech industry experience
