About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager Construction (m/f/d) for our Berlin branch.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of construction projects in coordination with clients or internal project development.
• Coordination of the project team and participants in all phases of project realization up to turnkey completion.
• Commissioning of specialist planners and subcontractors.
• Management of the internal construction team.
• Management of construction production processes in cooperation with local site management.
• Cost and schedule controlling, including change order management.
• Disposition of personnel and heavy equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with valid regulations, guidelines, and company rules.

Requirements

• Completed civil engineering degree (FH/TH).
• Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager in SF construction.
• Management qualities, ambition, openness, dynamism, flexibility, perseverance, and economic/commercial thinking.
• Organizational skills, openness, teamwork, and commitment.
• Team spirit and a willingness to develop others.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and planning software (e.g., Asta or MS Project).
• German language skills at C1 level are required for this position.
