About the Role
Casual positions are available for variable hours and days based on operational needs, offering opportunities at multiple campuses. Support students with friendly, practical library and learning hub enquiries. This role plays a vital part in providing high-quality enquiry services across campus libraries, assisting students with library services, spaces, collections, and various enquiry channels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver helpful, student-centred enquiry services across Learning Hub channels.
- Respond to student enquiries professionally and accurately.
- Support students to build digital, information and academic skills.
- Contribute to library programs, events and service improvements.
- Help maintain a welcoming and respectful library environment.
Requirements
- A degree in Library and Information Science, Education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering learning support in an academic or library setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with students and colleagues.
- Confidence using digital tools, library systems and learning platforms.
- A commitment to inclusive, student-centred service.
- Must provide evidence of full-time working rights in Australia at application.
