- Prepare and present clear, actionable technology risk reporting for Technology Leadership, Risk Committees, Executive Leadership and Board audiences.
- Coordinate the monthly technology run metrics process, bringing together availability, incident, change, operational resilience and security posture reporting into a single executive view.
- Analyse operational trends, identify emerging risks and performance opportunities, and provide meaningful commentary that supports informed decision-making.
- Streamline technology reporting processes, automate data collection where possible, and improve the quality, consistency and timeliness of executive reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Heads of Technology and senior stakeholders, providing independent challenge and practical guidance on technology risk and governance.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve governance, simplify processes and enhance Technology Risk maturity across the organisation.
- Promote a strong risk culture through coaching, collaboration and practical guidance, helping teams confidently manage risk as part of how they deliver technology.
