About the Role
CRS is seeking a proactive, values-driven Procurement Officer to coordinate procurement processes, work closely with program and operations teams, and ensure goods and services are sourced with transparency, accountability, stewardship, and best value for money, while complying with CRS policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.

Requirements
- Ability to legally work where the position is to be performed.
- Ability to undergo and clear a pre-employment medical clearance for positions requiring residence or frequent travel outside a home country.
- Ability to clear a separate government-administered medical examination for some work permit processes.
- Commitment to safeguarding program participants, community members, staff, and volunteers from all forms of exploitation and abuse.
- Willingness to sign and adhere to CRS' Code of Conduct.

- As the BMU lead country, CRS Philippines provides shared services and management oversight across key functions, including MEAL, Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management.
